Program dates:

• Purchase period: September 30, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

How the program works:

1. Purchase an MX Master 4 through Logitech's website within eligible countries and campaign dates.
2. Submit a claim at trade-in.logitech.com/mxmaster4.
3. Receive approval and shipping instructions.
4. Send in your qualifying trade-in product.
5. Cashback is processed after claim approval and product verification.

Trade-In criteria:

• Devices are eligible for trade-in even if non-functional, as long as they are physically intact.
• Superficial damage, such as scratches or minor cracks, is acceptable, provided the device is not broken into separate pieces.
• Devices with light water exposure or minor moisture traces are allowed, but those showing severe water damage are not eligible.
