We have identified an issue with Options+ v1.26 for Apple Silicon Macs that prevents creation of Adobe Ps profiles when Adobe Creative Cloud is running.
If you see an error message “Problem creating some custom settings” while installing the Ps plugin, please try the following steps:
- Quit Adobe Creative Cloud. To confirm that Adobe Creative Cloud is no longer running, check the menu bar for Creative Cloud icon (
). If this icon appears in the menu bar then click on the icon to launch Creative Cloud and then from menu bar item click Creative Cloud, then select Quit Creative Cloud.
- Click on Quit on the confirmation screen.
- Install plugin for Adobe Ps again from Options+.
In case the profile is already created, then click INSTALL PLUGIN.
