To uninstall Logitech Preference Manager software from a Mac:

Open the Utilities folder in Finder.
Finder > Go > Utilities.

Double-click Logitech Preference Manager Uninstaller.

Click Uninstall.
NOTE: You'll be prompted to authenticate with an administrator account and password to continue uninstalling. Once you've entered the password, click OK.

Click Quit. The Mac should restart automatically.
The Logitech Preference Manager uninstall is complete once the Mac restarts.
