WiLife software will automatically configure itself to work with many firewall programs. If you get a firewall error message, please refer to your WiLife User Guide for help on how to enable our software with common firewall programs. Information is in the Configuring your Firewall section of the help file. This can also be accessed from our application by pressing F1. If you need additional assistance, please contact your firewall vendor for information on how to add Werks.exe to the list of allowed programs, or visit your firewall supplier's site at one of the links below.
NOTE: If you use the Remote Viewing feature, you might also need to configure your firewall to allow WiLife application access to the Internet.

Note: Previously blocked applications continue to be blocked when the firewall is set tothe Open security setting or Disabled.
