The uninstaller is located at /Applications/Logitech/GamePanel Software/Uninstaller/Uninstaller.app. Run this to remove all Game Panel software.
If you are uninstalling the software for troubleshooting purposes, it is advisable to remove the .plist and .lgp files from your system. In the folder [your user name]/Library/Preferences/, you can remove the following files:

LGLCDDB.plist
The .lgp files are the databases of your profiles. If you have uninstalled your software and wish to remove these too, go to

[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Logitech/
and delete the folder "G-Series Software".
