If you have the backup software, WD Smartware from Western Digital installed on your system, your computer may crash (you'll get a blue screen) when you either:

A) Install the Logitech Webcam Software and connect a Logitech webcam.
OR
B) Reboot the computer after installing the Logitech Webcam Software.
To fix this, we suggest you download the latest version of WD Smartware from the Western Digital website:
