Legacy Software - Tutorial: Creating a new profile in the G-Series Keyboard Profiler

In order to create a new profile, please perform the following steps in the G-Series Keyboard Profiler (the software that ships with the G15/G11 Gaming Keyboard).

1. Launch the G-Series Keyboard Profiler by clicking Start->All Programs->Logitech->G-Series Keyboard Software->Launch G-Series Keyboard Profiler
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select Profile->New. At this point the Profile Properties dialog box should be displayed.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Type the name of the profile into the Name field. The name of the game would be a good choice since this is what displays in the Current Profile pick list in the G-Series Keyboard Profiler and on the LCD screen of the keyboard when the profile launches. Type whatever you wish in the Description field.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Browse -> "..." button and an Open dialog box should display. Find the game's executable and click on the Open button.
   
   
   
   
5. When the Profile Properties dialog box appears, click OK. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Your new profile will now appear in the Current Profile window of the G-Series Keyboard Profiler.
   
   

Your new profile should now be created. However, if your shortcuts do not work after you create your new profile, please see Knowledge Base article 3209.
