My Logi Tune app does not open (Android)

To preserve power, your Android smartphone may close background apps such as Logi Tune, and therefore, Tune can’t discover a connected headset. You can change the power settings on your smartphone to keep the Tune Service open. 
 
NOTE: The steps may be different depending on your Android device.

To change the power settings:

1. Turn off the battery optimizations for the Logi Tune app:
2. Open the Android settings app.
3. Select Battery.
4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
5. Select Battery optimization.
6. In the Not optimized dropdown, select All apps.
7. Tap Logi tune.
8. Select Don’t optimize.

Allow background activity:

1. Open the Android settings app.
2. Select Apps & Notifications.
3. Choose to see all apps.
4. Select Logitech tune in the list.
5. Tap Battery.
6. Under Manage battery usage, enable Background activity.

IMPORTANT: Power the smartphone off and on for these changes to take effect
