Once your monitors have been received with the proper paperwork included, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for service to be completed. We do not offer a rush option on repairs.
To prevent delays, never send in your monitors (earphones) without first submitting a service order. Out of warranty repair costs start at $199 for basic repairs. If the repair is more complex, the lab will notify you to let you know what the adjusted price will be before moving forward.
