Your keyboard case has a single LED light on the top right corner of the keyboard to indicate both Bluetooth and battery status. It illuminates momentarily when connecting to your iPad and turns off automatically so as not to be disruptive for students.

Red, solid — battery is low. Replace the battery as soon as possible.

White, quickly blinking — keyboard is in discovery mode, ready for pairing with your iPad.
