The mouse in your MK825 combo uses Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) technology and is not compatible with Windows 7 computers that don’t support Bluetooth Low Energy. Some software features may not appear on Logitech Options when connected to Windows 7 over Bluetooth LE.
Your mouse is compatible with computers running Windows 8 or above that support Bluetooth Low Energy.
If you aren’t sure if your computer supports Bluetooth LE technology, please contact the computer manufacturer. You can always use your mouse with the Logitech USB receiver that comes with the mouse.
