The Alert B700n indoor camera has a plastic slider on the RJ45 connection end. When you move the slider to the right, it pushes up the lock tab of the power-supply cable. This lets you remove the cable from the camera.
To lock the power-supply cable into the camera again, move the slider back over to the left.
