You can only connect your K320 with USB receivers that display the Unifying logo (shown below):
You cannot connect your K320 to any Logitech USB receivers that do not display the Unifying logo.
NOTE: Although your device may be supported by the Unifying receiver, support in SetPoint and/or Logitech Control Center (LCC) will depend on the specific product.
