Issue:
This warning message is given when the WiLife software running on your host PC is not able to make a secure connection to the WiLife web services. This is caused by your current browser not supporting at least 128 bit encryption.
Solution:
Please check that you have the latest version of your browser and that the latest service pack is installed. You will also need Windows Media Player 9 or higher, in all cases. The following browsers can be used to view from a remote site:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Firefox
- Safari (MAC users)
