Tutorial: Enabling WiLife in Blue Coat- K-9

To enable WiLife application if you are using Blue Coat K-9 content filter you need to load the camera IP address into Blue Coats website.   Here are the required steps:

To Uninstall Blue Coat:

1. Run WiLife software and discover your cameras using Setup>Advanced> "Find my cameras" .
2. Open WiLife application Go to Setup>Camera Tab>Camera Information button, and write down the IP address of each camera.
3. Exit WiLife application.
4. Re-install Blue Coat
5. Go to their configuration website and create exceptions to allow each of your cameras IP address.
