Cause:
This error indicates that the WiLife application running on your host PC cannot connect to the WiLife Remote Viewing Server. No communication is reaching our server from your host site.
Solution:
Please do the following steps to resolve this issue:
- First, check your Internet connection. You can do this by simply opening your web browser and going to any site.
- If your Internet connection is active, open WiLife application and click on Setup. Then open the Remote tab screen. In the bottom section Remote Viewing Status, see if it says "Connected."
- If it does not say "Connected," please uncheck remote viewing and click Apply. Then re-check remote viewing and click Apply.
Please exit and then restart the WiLife application if this does not resolve the issue.

- Make sure your corporate firewall or content filters allows our application to communicate with Internet services that use SSL.
- Make sure that content filters or firewalls installed on your PC allow WiLife Application to communicate transparently over the Internet to services that use SSL
