Logi ZeroTouch app does not understand speech

ZeroTouch uses speech recognition technology to understand what you say. It isn’t perfect, and we’re constantly improving our algorithms. 

If ZeroTouch mishears you, try the following to improve your success rate:

• Be sure to speak after the beep
• Reduce ambient noise (ex. A/C fan, open windows, radio)
• Avoid whispering or yelling — speak in a clear and stable voice

If you’re consistently having recognition issues while using an in-car Bluetooth system, try ZeroTouch without Bluetooth to see if it improves. If you’re still having trouble, you may want to consider a high quality Bluetooth speakerphone.
