Logi ZeroTouch app activates unexpectedly

If your ZeroTouch app activates unexpectedly, check the following:

• If your phone isn’t docked, but you see the docking animation and hear the docking tone, make sure that nothing metallic is making contact with the mount. Even if the paired phone isn’t touching the mount, it can activate the ZeroTouch app from a few feet away if something metallic, such as keys or another phone, makes contact with it.
• If your phone is docked on the mount and the ZeroTouch app is waking up without a high-five, check to see if any other object is near the earpiece. ZeroTouch uses sensors on your phone to pick up your high-five, but it can be activated by something else in that area.
