- No LED light means the power is off.
- A blinking light means the Play Link unit is searching for the other Play Link unit.
- An LED that is on (no blinking or flickering) means that a link between the Play Link units has been established but no data is being sent.
- An LED flickering erratically means that an Ethernet connection is active and data is being transferred.
