iPad Pro does not charge while on the Logi BASE

If your iPad Pro doesn’t charge while it’s on the BASE, check the following:

Electrical connection: 

• Check the connections — the lightning connector should be inserted securely into the back of the BASE, the USB cable inserted into the power adapter, and the adapter into the power outlet.
• Make sure that the electrical outlet is working.

Smart Connector: 

• If you’re using a case, make sure it doesn’t interfere with the Smart Connector. Try taking the case off and see if this resolves the problem. 
• Check the alignment of your iPad’s Smart Connector with Smart Connector pin on the BASE — the magnets should help guide you. 
• Inspect the Smart Connectors on both the iPad and the BASE — make sure they are not dirty and that nothing is stuck in them. 
• Make sure that there is nothing stuck on the charging slot that would prevent the iPad Smart Connector from coming into direct contact with Smart Connector pins on the BASE.
