This is usually caused by a combination of a high DPI or large font and a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher. To resolve the problem, change the DPI setting in Windows. To change your DPI settings, please do the following:

Open the Appearance and Personalization Control Panel (Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization).

Select the Adjust Screen Resolution option.

Choose ‘Make Text and other items larger or smaller’.

Select ‘0 smaller – 100%’ option. This is the default.

Click Apply.

Install Command Center.
The Command Center should now install.
