There are three LEDs on the USB receiver. The definitions are as follows:

• The Top LED is the collision indicator. It is Normally BLINKING, and blinks when a packet collision occurs.
• The Middle LED is the activity indicator. It is Normally BLINKING, and blinks when there is activity on the powerline network.
• The Bottom LED is the link status indicator. It is Normally ON, and turns on when the powerline network is established.
