For Photoshop Elements users upgrading to Elements 5, the following procedure can be used to quickly start using NuLOOQ navigator with Elements 5.
- Confirm that NuLOOQ navigator and Elements 5 have already been installed.
- Copy the NuLOOQ navigator plug-in from Elements 4 directory to the same directory in Elements 5.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 4.0\Plug-Ins.
- Within that directory, you'll see a folder called Logitech NuLOOQ.
- Copy that entire folder, by right clicking on that folder and selecting copy.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 5.0\Plug-Ins and paste the Logitech NuLOOQ folder into the plug-ins directory in Elements 5.
- Start Elements 4 (yes Elements 4) and confirm that "Zoom with scroll wheel" option is disabled. Once Elements 4 is started, go to Edit > Preferences > General (or press CTRL-K) to open the prefrences dialog box.
- Confirm that zoom with scroll wheel box is unchecked. If it is checked, please uncheck the option and then exit out of Elements 4. Now start Elements 5 and perform the same steps to uncheck "zoom with scroll wheel" within Elements 5.
- NuLOOQ navigator should now navigate images and pictures within Elements 5. As Elements 4 and Elements 5 are roughly similar programs, the Elements 4 config with NuLOOQ navigator also controls Elements 5.
