If you've enabled the keyboard option "Show keyboard when clicking in a text field", and you click on an input text field, the onscreen keyboard should automatically display.
In some situations, the onscreen keyboard won't automatically display. In those cases, you can bring up the keyboard by moving your mouse cursor to the very left or right edge of the screen.
