To add a program rule to the Program Control list.
1. Start Norton Internet Security.
2. In the main pane, click Norton Internet Security tab.
3. Click Settings.
4. Under Web Browsing, click Personal Firewall and then click Configure.
5. In the left side of Norton Internet Security Options window, click Personal Firewall and then click Program Control.
6. In the Program Control window, click Add.
7. Browse, locate and select the werks.exe OR WiLife Command Center program.
8. Select the access option for the program (Allow, Block or Custom) and click OK.
Additionally the default UPnP discovery rule needs to be changed. “Internet Security Options -> Personal Firewall -> Advanced Setting -> General Rules -> Click Configure Button” and changing the Default Block UPnP Discovery from “Block” to “Allow”.
