The EasyLink feature on your Philips TV allows the TV to automatically switch inputs when it detects that a device (which supports the EasyLink feature) is powered on. This causes an issue when using the Harmony remote, as the Harmony remote also attempts to switch the input on the TV, resulting in the TV going to the wrong input. To resolve the issue, you will need disable EasyLink on your Philips TV. To disable EasyLink, follow the steps below:
- On your Philips remote, press the Home button
- Use the Navigation buttons to select Setup
- The Setup menu appears. Use the Navigation buttons to select Installations -> Preferences -> EasyLink
- Select Off
- Press OK to confirm
Once you have disabled EasyLink, try using your Harmony remote.
