To mute the internal speaker on the remote, please follow these steps:
- Press the wrench icon in the upper right-hand corner of the LCD screen.
- Press the Remote Settings button.
- Press the Volume button.
- Press the checkbox beside Mute to put a checkmark in the checkbox.
- Press the OK button.
