Cause
The function being called by the Command Center software was not supported until Windows shell version 5.0.
Solution
Install a new version of the Windows shell. The easiest way to do this is to update to Service Pack 2 for Windows XP.
The WiLife Command Center 2.0 and higher require Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista. Previous versions of Windows are no longer supported.
