Do the following to move from the Logitech Presentation software to the Logi Options+ app:
- Uninstall your Logitech Presentation software.
- Update your Logi Options+ App to the latest version if you have it already, or download the latest version of the Logi Options+ App from logi.com/optionsplus.
- Install the Logi Options+ App and connect your remote. You will now be able to detect and use the device.
- If you are unable to see your device in the Logi Options+ App, please restart your system.
