Symptom:
NuLOOQ tooldial & navigator will not launch under a non-English-language system. None of the functionality is available. NuLOOQ navigator plug-ins will not install correctly.
Resolution:
Only US and international English are supported in the current releases of NuLOOQ Professional Series and tooldial. In the latest release of NuLOOQ navigator (1.0.2-Windows, 1.3.1-Macintosh), support for French and German has been added. If you attempt to install it on any other non-English system, the preference pane/control panel will not launch, and you will be unable to utilize the functionality. Logitech is planning to incorporate more foreign-language support in future releases, but there is no workaround at this time.
