Tutorial: Wireless DJ Music System and Windows Media Player Internet Radio Setup

To set up an Internet radio station using the Wireless DJ Music System using Windows Media Player, please perform the following steps.

NOTE: You will need to perfrom two separate phases- the actual finding and playing of a radio station, and the adding of that statio to your playlist in the Wirelesss DJ Music System.

Part 1 - Find and Play an internet radio station in Windows Media Player
1. Click the 'Guide' button on the Features taskbar. This will display the WindowsMedia.com Media Guide Web page in the Player.


2. Click the 'Radio Tuner' link in the Web page.


3. Find a radio station (clicking on 'Find More Stations' if desired to search based on station genre).


4. Play the station by clicking on 'Play.'

Part 2 - Add the station to a playlist in your library
1. With the radio station playing, click the 'Library' button on the Features taskbar.

2. Click the 'Now Playing List' button (above the List pane on the right side of the Player), and then click 'Save Playlist As' on the drop-down list box.


3. In the 'Save As' dialog box, type a name for your playlist (for example, the radio station call sign) in the File name box, and then click the 'Save' button.

4. The favorite station will now appear under 'My Playlists' in the left pane of the Library view. StreamPoint uses the playlist name as the station name displayed on the Wireless DJ remote.
