If you connect the AC charger to the speaker too soon after a power off due to a critical battery situation, the charger won’t be recognized. Disconnect the AC charger from the speaker and wait about five seconds before you reconnect it.
Follow the steps below:
- Unplug power from the speaker and any USB cables first.
- Press and hold down the power button for ten seconds.
- Wait five seconds after the speaker turns off and then press the power button to restart the speaker.
