My Hyperboom is having charging issues

If you connect the AC charger to the speaker too soon after a power off due to a critical battery situation, the charger won’t be recognized. Disconnect the AC charger from the speaker and wait about five seconds before you reconnect it.

Follow the steps below:

1. Unplug power from the speaker and any USB cables first.
2. Press and hold down the power button for ten seconds.
3. Wait five seconds after the speaker turns off and then press the power button to restart the speaker.
