UE DROPS app support

The UE DROPS app gives you the ability to customize your earbuds the best way that works for you! The app features include, but not limited to:

• Active battery life for both earbuds and charging case
• Button control customization
• Voice prompt customization
• Firmware updates:
  • If a firmware update is available for your DROPS, you’ll be shown a pop-up that prompts you to install the new firmware as soon as you open the app.
  • Updates can also be accessed from the settings menu at the bottom of the app home screen under Device > Firmware. Here you can see if you have the latest version or access an available update.
  • To complete the update, make sure your UE DROPS are in the case with the lid open and charging.
  • Most updates will take around 10 minutes to complete.
• Adjustable EQ:
  • To access the EQ menu, remove the earbuds from the case > open the UE DROPS app > open the settings menu at the bottom of the app home screen > select “Sound Profile”.
  • To change preset, select one of the available presets
• Enable and disabling Transparency Mode:
  • You can turn transparency mode on and off on the earbuds by tapping the transparency control in the app home screen, or by double tapping on the earbuds directly.
